Product Suite
The Product Suite is the full range of the modules sold as one unit.
General Ledger
This key module maintains all of your detailed financial information. It has built in allocation, repetitive journal entry,
transaction reversal and on-the-fly account number inquiry and maintenance features. Coupled with the best audit trail in the
industry, the General Ledger module will make your accounting a breeze.
FundWare Connect
The FundWare Connect data integration module allows effortless data import into the FundWare database from external applications. It is especially valuable for initial legacy-data conversion to the FundWare system.
Project/Grant
Project/Grant is the perfect place to store detail information (with related summary information kept in General Ledger). Almost
transparent in operation, your detailed grant or project information is available through reports similar to those in General Ledger.
Conveniently, the Project/Grant accounts may have a different fiscal year, and a different account structure.
Accounts Payable
Everyone has to pay their bills, why not do it with a module that can automatically expense the proper departments, credit any of a
number of bank accounts and let you store any information you wish on your vendors? Of course, lots of standard reports are available,
and you may write your own.
Payroll/Personnel
This module can be configured to match your payroll requirements. It will easily perform accruals for vacation and sick, do pension
plans, and track all of your earnings. It will post expenses to the employees' department(s) using several allocation methods.
Allocation Management
With this module you may allocate indirect costs based on departmental headcount or floor space, for example. Interest earned may
also be returned to funds based on the funds average daily balance in investment accounts. These are only examples of allocations
that may be written to your specifications.
Best Fixed Assets
This third party product offers the most comprehensive fixed assets tracking capability. It will automatically post to the FundWare
General Ledger.
Budget Preparation
Prepare next year's budget based on a previous year's transaction history. This Windows product has a familiar spreadsheet look, and
easily allows you to automatically distribute your budget amounts into any periods you wish.
Budget Control
Budget Control watches specified accounts and warns you and/or stops you from going over budget. It can monitor actuals versus
budgets on a monthly and/or annual basis.

This third party report writer is designed to provide General Ledger and Project Grant reports within your spreadsheet! Since you
are you already familiar with your spreadsheet program, it's easy to pull in your accounting information and write the reports you
need.
Accounts Receivable
Easily enter billing information based on predefined codes. Those monthly billings can be easily managed by preparing invoices
automatically through the repetitive billing feature. Payments may be allocated to all, or a portion, of a customer's bill. Multiple
customer lists may be maintained and billed differently.
Cash Receipts
This module is used to record the receipt of payments and to issue a receipt. It will also automatically apply payments to an
Accounts Receivable customer's account.
Corridor
Corridor gives you the capability to directly access FundWare's data files using report writers such as the one in Microsoft Access
and Seagate's Crystal Reports. With it you may report from General Ledger and Project/Grant, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Budget
Forecasting and Accounts Receivable. The reports you create are limited only by your prowess with the report writer you choose!
Advanced Financial Reporting
Advanced Financial Reporting offers unmatched functionality to reduce weeks of reporting to days, slice and dice information any way it's requested and make compliance simple.
iData
iData eliminates the burden of deciphering complicated data dictionaries, delivering quick access to financial data. You can easily create reports from well-organized Smart Views, which conform to your unique system configuration and allow you to report across divisions.
Report Manager
Included with the Report Manager are more than 60 pre-defined reports that are tailored to your unique
account structure. Creating additional reports is a simple process, as report templates are provided to
complete the task.
Advanced Security
Kintera FundWare Advanced Security provides additional levels of security beyond the core security supplied by the General Ledger module.
