Core Modules

• General Ledger - With FundWare's GL, you'll no longer constantly struggle to make your GL fit the way you work. Because it was built specifically for mission-based organizations, the FundWare GL has all the features you need - features you're not likely to find in packages designed with for-profit companies in mind. These features include multi-year reporting, online budget control, advanced security and more. • Project/Grant - A complete solution for the management of projects, grants, activities, contracts or investments. With a real time interface to other FundWare modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Accounts Receivable, it is now possible to track subsidiary projects and grants without having to incorporate a complicated numbering system in the General Ledger chart of accounts.

• AP/Purchase Orders - FundWare Accounts Payable provides all of the features you'd expect in a robust, world-class AP package: vendor information, payment scheduling, requisition management, integrated purchase orders, bank account records, check writing and more. • Payroll/Human Resources - When people are your most valued resource, payroll costs quickly add up. FundWare helps keep those costs in line with efficient payroll processing - payroll processing that understands your need to perform and report on complex labor distributions to demonstrate accountability to funding sources.

Reporting Modules

• Report Manager - FundWare features a graphical Report Manager that is both easy to use and rich in features. Included with the Report Manager are more than 60 pre-defined reports that are tailored to your unique account structure. Creating additional reports is a simple process, as report templates are provided to complete the task. • iData - iData eliminates the burden of deciphering complicated data dictionaries, delivering quick access to financial data. • Corridor ODBC - Designed as an Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC) compliant application, Corridor is a suite of applications, system software, utilities and files designed to provide an ODBC interface to data files.

• F9 for FundWare - F9 provides a link between the FundWare General Ledger and Project/Grant databases and Microsoft® Excel (compatible with Microsoft Excel 2000). Because this link is live, all financial information is up to date. Create virtually any report for your board, funding sources, departments or constituents using the spreadsheet skills that you already have. • Web Reporter - The ultimate tool for sharing reports with multiple users. • Advanced Financial Reporting - Advanced Financial Reporting offers unmatched functionality to reduce weeks of reporting to days, slice and dice information any way it's requested and make compliance simple.

Additional Modules

• Accounts Receivable - FundWare Accounts Receivable allows you to automate processes previously done manually. It includes the ability to create and manage invoices and statements. • Allocation Management - Allocation Management maximizes your cost recovery against grants and contracts. It automates the processes of allocating revenue earned for pooled investments and re-costing shares in investment pools. • Budget Preparation - This module works within FundWare, while allowing you to export and import from the popular and familiar Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet. This makes developing budgets and transferring data back to your ledgers much simpler.

• Cash Receipts - Cash donations, grants, pledges and other types of funding require accounting that commercial applications have not been designed to accommodate. FundWare's Cash Receipts module makes these sources of cash receipts easy to handle. • Advanced Security - Advanced Security provides additional levels of security beyond the core security supplied by the General Ledger module. Advanced Security also allows for information access to be based on account structure logic, allowing data input, inquiry and reporting controls to reflect management responsibilities. • FundWare Connect - The Connect data integration module allows effortless data import into FundWare from external applications.

Interfaces

• Advanced Printer Control - Advanced Printer Control is designed to work with all FundWare modules and supports MICR-encryption for check-generation, allowing a single check stock to be used for multiple checking accounts. Bitmap files, storing authorized signatures, logos and graphics are easily accommodated. • Bank Reconciliation - This module makes the potentially tedious process of bank reconciliation fast and easy.

• ADP to FundWare Import - FundWare's import to ADP module automates the transfer of accounting information from your ADP Payroll processing system into your accounting system. • Electronic Timesheets - Electronic Timesheets is designed to collect employee time sheet information from individuals, automate department approval of those time sheets and then transfer the resulting labor data into your FundWare Payroll.
