AccuFund Add-ons
Before the full suite was developed, AccuFund's software began as add-ons to other accounting systems. AccuFund continues to market and develop products designed to work with other accounting systems to fill gaps and enhance their functionality. Some of the modules listed are a part of the suite and others are only relevant to third party systems such as the accounting systems available from Intuit Public Sector Systems, Fundware, MIP Fund Accounting/Best Software, Inc.(MIP), HTE, MUNIS and Great Plains to name a few.

Advanced Printer Control
This product can produce custom designed Accounts Payable and Payroll laser checks (with a format such as stub, stub, check, or stub,
check, stub). Your logo and signature may also be included. It can also generate other forms to your specifications, such as
A/R statements, Purchase Orders, etc.
Web Reporter
With Web Reporter, you may separate large reports, with the various sections being disbursed to different people. Or, you may combine
several reports into a single larger report. In addition, your reports may be indexed and a table of contents page generated. All of
these reports may then be published and then viewed and printed using a web explorer.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
The EFT Transfer program produces an electronic transmittal using the NACHA format accepted by most banks for payment of vendors. The
EFT Transfer component watches for checks produced within Advanced Printer Control and can be configured to automatically print a
remittance advice instead of a check. A single push of a button then produces the transmittal file for the bank.
Check Notification
The Check Notification program produces an electronic list of checks that you have issued. This electronic list is then transmitted
to your bank as notification of who and what checks are to be paid. This feature gives you further fraud protection by stopping
payment of fraudulent checks at the bank before they hit your account. This service is provided by some banks under the name
"Positive Pay". Extensive formatting capability is provided with this tool to generate the list in whatever form the bank requires.
ADP to FundWare Import
The ADP to FundWare Import module will import summary payroll information from the ADP Payroll processing system directly into the
FundWare General Ledger. Using this product will save you data entry time and remove the potential of making entry mistakes.
Electronic Time Sheet
The Electronic Time Sheet will to collect time sheet information from individuals, automate department approval of those times sheets
and then transfer the resulting labor data directly into your General Ledger and/or Payroll system.
Bank Reconciliation
This module provides full reconciliation facilities for the FundWare accounting system. This system combines both Accounts Payable
checks, Payroll checks and all deposits into a single, simple to use system. In addition, service charges and any interest earned may
be recorded.
Data Wizards
Data Wizards are small applets designed to do a specific function, typically related to reformatting and transmitting data either in or out of an accounting system.
Purchase Order/Inventory
A total purchase order and inventory tracking system. It tracks the receipt and issuance of inventory, and can import encumbrances into FundWare's General Ledger. Design your own purchase order form and custom reports.
Requisition Management
Provides an organization with online electronic processing of requisitions from original requester through multiple approval stages to the Purchasing department for ordering. Requisition Management is linked with the Purchasing and Inventory modules.
