Who We Are
AccuFund, Inc. specializes in software for nonprofit
and government organizations requiring FASB and
GASB standard reporting. These organizations
typically have a range of requirements not met by
standard accounting packages developed for
commercial entities. Besides specialized reporting in
the standard accounting modules they also have
specialty requirements not available from many
vendors. Combining twenty-five years of experience
in software development and extensive knowledge in
the Not-For-Profit and Government markets,
AccuFund has developed a broad range of products
geared specifically to these markets and is fast
becoming a recognized leader in providing quality
software solutions to the NFP and Governmental
markets.
With over 600 customers, AccuFund has developed
specific software solutions for each segment of the
market. Each module has been developed with the
specific needs and capabilities of these markets in
mind. The core suite and all of the add-ons are fully
supported and maintained by AccuFund with
telephone support and regular maintenance and
enhancement releases.
AccuFund Accounting Suite
The AccuFund Accounting Suite is a full featured
system capable of providing Fund-based accounting
and developing FASB and GASB reports according to
your needs. The core modules include General
Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Bank
Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting. Optional
modules include Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets,
Inventory, Purchasing, Requisitions, Meter Billing
Business License and Sales Tax, and others. The
Suite gives any accounting office with one to twenty
users a complete accounting system at a reasonable
price.
Loan Tracking
The Loan Tracking system manages your issued
loans. The system tracks all payments that have been
received and all adjustments that have been made.
With this system you control how interest and
principal amounts are calculated.
Student Billing
Designed to handle the billing requirements for
universities, colleges and private schools, the Student
Billing System is a specialized billing system for this
unique environment.
Development Management Suite
The Development Management Suite allows a
nonprofit to manage funds, donors, receipts and
distributions. DMS is designed to meet the
information needs of nonprofits that go beyond the
basics of debit and credit fund accounting. Concerned
about donor demographics, historical data or an individual transaction? It's all available in DMS.
Electronic Time Sheets
Electronic Time Sheet collects time sheet information,
automates approval of those time sheets, and transfers the
full allocated labor expense directly into your General
Ledger or Payroll system.
APC Suite
Advanced Printer Control allows you to generate custom
forms including checks with MICR encoding and
signatures. You may add boxes, lines and graphical images
to the reports generated by your accounting system.
Designed for complex reporting environments, the Web Reporter effectively organizes large reports into various sections so they can be easily disbursed. The Web Reporter will publish reports in HMTL format and will automatically E-mail PDF versions of the reports to multiple recipients.
Custom Services
Besides providing implementation services in support of
product sales, AccuFund specializes in providing custom
applications utilizing Rapid Application Development tools
and methodologies. Several of our current products
resulted from custom development engagements. If your
organization has a specific need not adequately met with
