ACCOUNTING SYSTEM LINKAGES
The Purchasing with Inventory software module is fully integrated in relation to the AccuFund Suite. It may be utilized as an add-on to other products such as FundWare (from Intuit Public Sector Solutions) and NPS Pro (from Micro Information Products). Integration is provided for general ledger postings for encumbrance tracking and creation of invoices for received goods. This purchasing software may be used as a stand alone application or as an add-on to achieve maximum benefits.
The purchasing software is particularly useful for non-profit and government agencies to gain control over their purchasing processes.
