Requisition Management
MODULE OVERVIEW
The Purchasing with Inventory software module by AccuFund provides an organization control over the purchasing process to make sure products are being ordered from preferred sources and posts encumbrances to the general ledger to track commitments.
FEATURES
Features include:
• Multiple approval levels
• Users may originate in multiple approval trees
• Approvers may have approvals in multiple trees
• On approval or decline, comments may be added to Requisition
• History maintained of all actions
• Requisitions approved at top level may automatically create Purchase Orders or be left in Ready to Order folder
• Multiple requisitions may be combined in Purchasing

ACCOUNTING SYSTEM LINKAGES
The Requisition Management module is integrated with the AccuFund Suite. It may be utilized as an add-on to other accounting products such as FundWare (from American Intuit Public Sector Solutions) and NPS Pro (from Micro Information Products). Integration is provided with general ledger postings for pre-encumbrance tracking and creation of invoices for received goods.
